Service Policy

Any grooming that I feel is causing undue stress to your pet, will be ceased immediately and that includes nail trimming, ear cleaning and/or any minimal dematting. Your pet’s safety and comfort is of my utmost concern.

There may come a time that your pet has difficulty with grooming as he/she gets older. A more functional and comfortable grooming style will be discussed if I feel it is necessary.

If your pet has a skin reaction after grooming, please let me know so that we can work on a solution together before I come for the next grooming appointment.

I reserve the right to refuse service.

Any concerns regarding your pets haircut must be communicated to me within 24 hours.

Any returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.

Appointment times are estimates. I ask that you give me a half hour on either side of your appointment time to arrive, unless previously discussed.

Please walk your pet before I arrive.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, 48 hour notification is required. Any change or cancellation of your pets appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee which will be due before another appointment can be scheduled.

If you have more than one pet scheduled for your appointment and you need to change or cancel for any of those scheduled pets, 48 hour notification is also required or a $50 per pet cancellation fee will be charged.

Lack of advance notification of any necessary cancellations has an impact on all the other scheduled clients and also does not give anyone else an opportunity to fill your appointment slot. Please be courteous.
